Cute and cozy space! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony amd listening to the ocean.

Great place to stay by the ocean

The place was very nice. The neighbors above us were pretty loud but that's to be expected as a ground floor. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in tub, counter was dusty had hair and I wiped it down the cloth was dirty dirty, there was a lot of dust in the condo it's self.) The bedroom closet had a shirt from previous tenants that stayed. Over all though worth the price and good space for kids. Being close to the beach was really nice on a budget!

Close to the ocean. Close to Astoria, Seaside and Cannon Beach. Nice indoor pool. Staff/host was helpful and nice.

Felt right at home
-
Great location with beach access
-
I nice beachside place, 2 rooms, kitchen and balcony, that is part of a hotel or residence complex.

Thank you

Perfect.

Happy with our stay! Looks better than the pictures! Very spacious and easy to get to! Great price and location! Will definitely consider staying here again.
-
The place is very clean and tidy. It is close to the beach. I have really enjoyed staying. It is close to the golf course. And it is very close to pickleball/tennis courts (free drop-in).
-
Nice place to stay, close to local shops. Seaside was only a short drive away.
-
The pool building was cool. It was just what we needed at the end of the day to get the kids’ energy out.
-
I loved it! Cute place and perfect for 4
-
Great condo - exceptionally clean and furnished with everything needed. You can't see the water, but we had great sunsets looking west from the balcony.
-
The bed was wonderfully comfortable.

Just my kids and I staying so we could visit Cannon Beach and Seaside. Nothing negative to say. We used it for a place to sleep. Nothing fancy but served its purpose as we needed. The pool around back was nice to have to the kids.

This place has the perfect location but unless your’re into traveling back in time to 1975- you should look elsewhere. Not only is the decor atrocious but the bedding/bed/pillows appear to be several decades old and insufficient. There was a sofa bed with no blankets and all 4 of us had to sleep in the 1 king bed available. The entire building itself is a blight on this lovely neighborhood. The separate attached pool and hot tub building are newer and very nice.

The unit was adequate for the price. However the appliances (stove, toaster oven) left a lot to be desired. I planned on cooking for my wife and kid while we were there, but after the first of two nights we realized we would be ordering food for the rest of our meals. The oven was VERY old. The oven portion worked fine, but the coils on the stove were quite worn out, and it took about ten minutes to warm a pan up enough to cook anything. And even then it was not as hot as it should be. The toaster oven looked like it came out of the 80’s and we chose not to use it. Luckily there was a microwave that worked fine. It was a warm weekend for the coast and there was no fan in the unit so it got pretty hot in there during the day but it was manageable. Also the only bedroom had a large window facing the lighted walkway and no curtains, just old mini blinds so we had to improvise some window coverings to ensure our toddler was able to sleep in there. Over all the stay was fine, but I don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was really great. Pros: Easy access to Gearhart Beach. Right across the street from McMenamins. Plenty of parking. Fairly spacious unit. Full kitchen. Easy access to Seaside.Cons: The facility was pretty dated.
-
Very comfortable with a reasonable price.
-
Convenient to Seaside and Cannon Beach.

We had a great stay at Gearhart by the Sea. Would love to come back another time, but would like to stay in a condo that is a bit more updated. Bathroom sink was very low and hard to manage. But over all we had a good time and the place was clean and tidy. Thanks.

Really enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach and only about 15 minutes drive down to Cannon Beach.
-
This unit as well as others are very old and dated. It has all of the necessities one needs, just know that upfront. Complaint would be this: internet is virtually non existent. Even when sitting by the modem it was spotty. But if you want access to the beach then all of Gearhart by the Sea units will suffice.

This place is great! I’m coming back!
-
We enjoyed our time there. Had everything we needed, close to the beach and Seaside/Cannon Beach.
-
Loved how close this was to the beach! Great little spot to get away for the weekend.
-
We sure hit the jackpot with this listing! Great access to the beach, pool/hot tub and the towns! Would recommend.

Condo is in great location within walking distance to the beach but it’s very outdated. The beds were not comfortable and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Early check in was not allowed and I didn’t have an access to workout room.
