This unit is conveniently located with easy access to the parking lot, indoor pool, hot tub, workout room, ice machine, vending machines and laundry. It's only a short walk to the beach, community tennis and basketball courts, charming downtown restaurants and grocery store. Condo is also across the street from McMenamin's Sand Trap restaurant and Gearhart public 18 hole link style golf course. This is a great unit for families with children or couples traveling together. Come and enjoy the coastal life, this unit will not disappoint! This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit. You must be 21 to RESERVE or CHECK-IN. NO PETS ALLOWED. **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. Quiet hours 22:00–09:00

    The place was clean and spacious. The amenities were great and were all available. Check in was smooth and convenient. The view of the beach was great from the balcony.

    Comfortable beds, great view, walkable and close to the beach and golf course. Enjoyed the games available in the house. Neighbors can be sometimes noisy but overall we had a great stay.

    If you're looking at this property and it's available for your dates, just RESERVE IT! It's one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed in. It's beautiful, high-quality everything, gorgeous views, nice parking, comfortable beds, equipped with everything you can think of and on and on.
