All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. (PS: Owner brings their pet) Quiet hours 22:00–09:00

Super clean space. We only stayed briefly for one night but check in was super smooth! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Drove in from Portland for one night and to visit the famous Gearhart Golf Links. It was a pleasant surprise to be so close to the course and allowed us to enjoy the McMenamins property without worrying about travel to our accommodations. Will definitely be looking to stay again on my next visit!

Beautiful view, quiet location. Perfect walking distance to beach. Great place to stay if you just want a quiet beach weekend and plan on bringing/cooking food rather than going out to eat shopping (there is not much around).

What a treat for my mom and I to get to vacation together in this beautiful condo. The view was breathtaking and we loved being able to hear the waves from the living room. Everything was clean and so comfortable. The condo is furnished tastefully with nice lighting throughout. We loved sunny mornings on the balcony with our coffee, and sauntering across the street for cocktails at McMenamins in the evenings. A short walk down the road leads to miles of gorgeous beaches. In all, it was better than we even hoped for. The memories are still sparkling brightly in our minds.

This property is one of my favorites in Gearhart. This apartment was comfortable, quiet and perfect for my son and I. It was kid friendly and has a great view.

In large condominium, should be about $80/night... way way way over priced

It was a very nice place to stay for the weekend. The view was great and everything was clean. There were plenty of dishes and glasses for all of us. Enjoyed it very much!
