The place was very nice and clean but I just wasn't happy with the lack of communication. I requested an early check in that was approved but later found out it was approved by accident. Then I check in and was given a code to get inside and the pad was offline so I had to get a key to get inside. After that, I signed a rental agreement on paper inside the office and later got a message that I need to sign the agreement online and they dont allow paper agreements. I messaged back I signed everything and they tell me I'm good. I just felt like the communication was off for this trip but the office staff were very friendly, the place was very clean, quiet, and there was a very beautiful view!

The condo was exactly as described and easy to access. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing! And beach access was close by and easy. New-ish McMennamin's right across the street has a decent pub, easily walkable for takeout. Most other things are a short drive away. Lots of natural light and all the amenities we needed. Overall, the place was clean in the well-traveled spaces, it could just use a deep clean in the corners and along the baseboards. Climbing under the stairs behind the couch and behind the upstairs beds to reach outlets was unpleasant because it didn't feel clean back there. The upstairs loft area where two of us slept smelled a bit musty.

There was no fireplace in the studio, and their heating system was excessively outdated. So it was very cold at night. But overall, I like the place. They need to fix a few things in the unit though.

We were here for a basketball tournament, so we didn't get a lot of time to spend in the condo but the location was great, quick trip into Seaside, walk to the beach, etc. We would think about staying here again.

Was a nice place, with a great view. Needs some updating. Bed was extremely hard. Kitchen was well stocked.

This place had a beautiful view, easy check in. For the most part it was pretty clean. We did extra cleaning on the shower and the bedroom was dusty. But the rest of the place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again

People and view made the trip! No weatherstrip around the door to exterior. Furniture dated and dirty. Carpet gross! Would not stay there again!😞

Loved it, had the best time with my family 💕 our room had the best view and you could seethe ocean, we love loved it! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in Gearhart. The town is charming, the condo had amazing views of the ocean and was an easy walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying here.
