All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. Quiet hours 22:00–09:00

We had a wonderful stay at Gearhart by the Sea! The location is perfect, with a fantastic view of the coastline and easy access to the golf course. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and made for a truly relaxing getaway. Check-in and accessibility were a breeze. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next return to Gearhart!

What a view! Everything in this space was exactly how it was stated in the description. An EXCELLENT place to call home while on a weekend beach or golf adventure.

They had a beautifully clean place, with a fantastic view of the ocean and Tilly the lighthouse.

The condo was as described and the balcony' ocean view was wonderful! Five minute walk to the beach.

Amazing host, the apartment was super clean and nice and had good beach access. The walls are pretty thin so make sure if you’re staying with a group that’s pretty loud try and keep your volume down because there are neighbors.

Loved this place so much, easy access to popular local areas but in a quieter more enjoyable spot. Will be back for a longer trip!

This condo is clean, comfortable, quiet, with a nice ocean view and easy walk to one of the most walkable beaches in Oregon. You can actually drive on this beach with 4 wheel drive to get through the deeper sand. Beds are comfortable and the upstairs loft worked well for a third family member's bedroom.

What a wonderful view of the ocean - so lovely. Overall comfortable - good TV. The place itself could use a few upgrades. Noisy at times.

The unit was as described. Nicely furnished, very clean and everything provided for our stay. The location was convenient, close to the beach and to the main road to other destinations. Recommend it.

The location was good, but the unit needs lots of updating. Old carpet, things falling apart, etc. No smart TV so you can’t stream anything. Price seemed a bit high for not much work being put into the unit.
