We loved the balcony and the view of the ocean! It was a drizzly day and we were still "right on the beach." The hosts communicated very well with me. We had two couples and we were very comfortable here. The kitchen was quite quaint and wasn't designed for two people, so bear that in mind if you're looking for a kitchen to cook together in. But it had all the plates, pots, cutting boards, etc. that we needed.

Excellent, central location… mere steps away from the beach and a short drive to other coastal towns. The condo itself was perfectly comfortable, although it’s in need of one or two updates. That said, would come back again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It had a great balcony to sit and see the ocean. it has a restaurant right across the street which is very convenient.

This place was great for what we needed. Very close to the beach. Had a great three days clamming. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Cute little enclosed terrace off the bedroom which was perfect for the dog to hang out.

The managements cleaning company needs to be replaced, there was old rotting vegetables under the kitchen trash can and it did not looked like it had been clean before we got there.

Just right for us! We had a great comfortable stay. Besides needing a coat of paint inside, i'd say 10/10!

We were disappointed with the condo. The bathrooms did not seem clean and the kitchen table was sticky. Pretty much everything needs updates and paint. The bed in the main bedroom was a disaster to try to sleep in. It was uncomfortable and sounded like it would fall apart when we moved. For the price it was disappointing although we did like the location.

The communication was great - and the view! Couldn't have asked for better service.

Lots of upgrades needed. Unit is old. But the view is wonderful! And we could easily walk to the beach.

This property was very clean, and very roomy! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean with very large windows in the kitchen/dining room/living room. Check in and check out we’re almost too easy with this company! They were so friendly and very responsive to questions. There is a little fenced yard in the back which was fabulous for letting our dog out before bed. Walking distance to McMenamins, which we love! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else with a dog!

This was as described and what I would consider a good deal vs. other options in the area. The condo is an older unit, but no different than the pictures show. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Location is great and we enjoyed being able to walk to the Mcmennamins about 100 yards away. Will stay here again. Only small issue is if you have noisy neighbors. We did not, but walls are fairly thin.

The location is great....very close to the beach. The condo was very clean and laundry service very close by. Lovely condo. Really the only problem was the bed made too much noise and was too firm for me, but that's probably just a personal preference.

Great location, close to beach, easy access. We love Gearhart. Property is showing its age as it appears the unit is not being maintained that well though.

The positives: Easy check-in. Conveniently located across from McMenamins with views of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. The dishwasher was going when I checked in. Bathrooms have extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, tissue and toilet paper. Comfortable & quiet place for me and my dog for a weekend getaway! Note: yard is partially fenced but open on one side. The negatives: condo was cold, there were spare blankets but one of them hadn't been washed and had stuff stuck to it. One Duralog was provided for the fireplace but that is more ambient than heat. Baseboard heaters in living room and dining room had things directly in front of and up against them so I didn't want to turn it on. Shower liner has some mold and needs to be replaced. Front door is old and could be replaced for more security.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc.

I've been coming to Gearhart since I was a kid. I always enjoy staying.

The living room was cold and did not warm up during our stay

If you need a getaway, this is the place. Great location with a great beach to stroll. The condo is nicely furnished and makes relaxing easy.

First day there master tub would not drain notified front desk sent maintenance tried to fix no luck said have to send plumber never saw.
