Pacific Terraces T401 is a Front row beach level, Partial ocean view.

 This unit features a King bed in the main bedroom. Two Twin beds in Second and Third bedrooms. (Twins can be made into king bed). No sofa bed. Pathway that takes you right to the beach from the patio door. HD Flat Screen TV with Satellite and a DVD player. Enjoy the Fireplace in a comfortable and relaxing living room. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay.

 You will have access to a indoor heated pool. There is NO access to a Hot Tub.

 NO PETS ALLOWED.

 **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. Quiet hours 22:00–09:00
