Fully equipped kitchen. Walk out slider door straight to the beach. Kitchen has all new modern appliances with granite counter tops. Wood floors, except for bedrooms which have carpet. Washer & Dryer. Sleep up to 4. This unit DOES NOT allow pets. {Owner does bring her dogs} Guest have access to the building with a Pool only. **Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas** You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN

All rentals at Gearhart By the Sea are NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, on the decks/patios, on walkways or parking lots. If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. (PS: Owner brings their pet) Quiet hours 22:00–09:00

Our stay at Gearhart By The Sea was comfortable and peaceful. Thank you for providing a cooking-ready kitchen and outdoor seating to enjoy the dune and ocean views. The grass was great for our son to play on and is a rare find for the Oregon coast.
