## Description

V488 2 Bedroom Pet Friendly 3rd floor, elevator

Unit V488 is a charming two bedroom pet friendly condominium located on the third floor of the Pacific View complex in Gearhart. This seasonal retreat is available for rent during the summer months and offers a comfortable layout for families or small groups.
The master bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed while the second bedroom features a versatile king bed that can be converted into two twin beds upon request. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a cozy futon.
Guests have access to a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a private balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal air.  This condo also has a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Guests of Pacific View have access to only an indoor heated pool. No access to a hot tub.

Please note that this unit welcomes one pet under thirty pounds for a nightly fee and requires that pets are never left unattended.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property including all outdoor spaces.
Guests must be at least twenty one years of age to reserve and check in to this unit.

If you or your guest are caught smoking, you will be fined $250 and may be asked to leave. This applies to all guest in your party. There will also be a $200 cleaning fee for any pets found in a non-pet unit. Quiet hours 22:00–09:00
