<li>A 25% deposit will be charged to your credit card upon making your reservation.</li>
<li>Final payment is due upon arrival.</li>
<li>Full refunds will be given if the reservation is cancelled more than 5 days prior to arrival. If notice is received less than 5 days prior to arrival a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to the deposit. The whole deposit will be kept if cancelled day of arrival.</li>
<li>Must be over 21 to make a reservation. At least one person needs to be over 21 staying in the condos.</li>
<li>Pets allowed only in designated pet rooms, the pet fee is $15 per night, per pet. A $200 penalty will be applied if pets are found in a non-pet unit.</li>
<li>All units are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in any public area, including decks and runways. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if you are caught smoking in a unit.</li>
<li>Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced.</li>
<li>By giving your credit card number, you agree to the above-stated policies. You also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this number. ID and credit card needs to be shown at check-in.</li>
